Doña Maria Mole - Ready to Serve is a new addition to the Doña Maria stable of 
products. I guess it eventually had to happen. I thought I'd never see it in my lifetime. We've gotten so lazy that actually need to have ready to eat mole. But I really ate those words after I tasted it and enjoyed the convenience of being able to take it with me everywhere during vacation and not having to worry about it spoiling. Now it's a staple in the trunk of my car in-case I get a flat tire and need to grab a bite to eat before changing it. Almost makes me hope for a flat tire.
However, I caution you against trying to open these without a sharp instrument. It's like a triple sealed tetra-pack. You'll have MRE flashbacks for sure.
