TURIN Dark Chocolate (Amargo) 150GR is a real treat. There are so many recipes this chocolate is used in,  including mole. But, My favorite is chocolate dipped strawberries.

Chocolate dipped strawberries you'd think would be something really tough and laborious to pull off. Actually on the contrary, it's a 5 -10 minute ordeal and it's the one that brings us the most rave reviews when we make it for our friends and company.

This you'll need:

1. Microwave
2. Martini glass
3. wax paper
4. strawberries and chocolate

Here is the whole process in a nutshell:

• Put the chocolate in a martini glass or whatever type of container that would prevent it from spreading out.
• Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (depending on how powerful your microwave is) until melted stiring every 30 seconds or so.
• Then simply dip the strawberry into the martini glass an lay them down on the wax paper.
• Stick in the freezer for a couple of minutes or simply allow the to cool for several minutes at room temperature.
